There will be short breaks throughout the day, in addition to the one hour long Meal Breaks. Please use the schedule outline below to help plan to take care of yourself throughout the day 🙂
Monday May 20:
Morning Session: 11 AM ET US
Meal Break: 2:30 – 3:30 ET
Afternoon Session: 3:30 – 6:30 ET
Tuesday May 21: (slightly different schedule than Day 1 or 3):
Morning Session: 11 AM ET US
Meal Break: 2:30 – 3:30 ET
Afternoon Session: 3:30 – 6:30 ET
Meal break: 6:30 – 7:30 ET
Evening Session (optional but very valuable!) 7:30 – 8:30 ET
Wednesday May 22:
Morning Session: 11 AM ET US
Meal Break: 2:30 – 3:30 ET
Afternoon Session and Conclusion: 3:30 – 6:30 ET
